Planning Application
INITIAL CONSULTATION
We begin with an initial visit to understand your needs, expectations and budget. Once the brief is clear, we carry out a measured survey and prepare the existing drawings. If required, we also undertake a planning feasibility study to assess relevant policies, restrictions and the best strategy for obtaining permission.
CONCEPT DESIGN
Based on the agreed brief, we develop concept layouts and design options. We review these together and refine the preferred scheme in line with your feedback and budget, ensuring the proposal reflects your needs and maximises the potential of your property.
PLANNING SUBMISSION
Once the design is approved, we prepare all required documentation and submit the planning application to the local authority on your behalf. This includes design statements and application forms, and, where necessary, we coordinate any additional reports (such as flood risk or heritage assessments) to support the application.
